The EROS code is now part of CapROS (http://www.capros.org/). There 
is code at 
http://capros.cvs.sourceforge.net/capros/eros/src/base/domain/winsys/ 
that may be what you are looking for. That code does not currently 
run on CapROS, and there are no immediate plans to port it.
