No. First, there is no amount of storage that we can put into the
process state that solves this problem. Second, it is up to the process
to disclose (or fail to disclose) its name.

This is a bring-up convenience only.

It isn't clear that any equivalent to the process status command should
even *exist* in Coyotos. One user has no intrinsic right to examine the
processes of another, or even to examine the process substructure of
their own applications!
