[coyotos-dev] New libsherpa pushed

Okay, there is a new libsherpa out with Jeroen's patches. This may not
fix everything, but everything that he provided was an improvement.

Procedure:

	1. yum update
	2. cd coyotos/src
	3. make pristine

Or if you are cross-building yourself, rebuild and re-install the
coytools/ subtree and then make pristine. Thankfully, you can rebuild
the coytools/ subtree without rebuilding all of ccs-xenv.
