Just a quick comment on official version of documents vs. letting the 
community comment / edit the documents.

The aim of Citizendium project (*) is be a more reliable information 
source than Wikipedia.

They're planning on using a modified version of Mediawiki to help with 
this.  IIRC, the plan is as follows:

If you're not logged in, then you only ever see the official, 
editor-approved version of a document.

If you're logged in, then you see the latest version (probably 
unapproved) if you want.

So I don't know if that'll be supported by whatever Coyotos ends up 
with, but I thought I'd throw that out there.
