[coyotos-dev] Updated instructions, tree tracking

There are now updated instructions on tree fetch, and the Coyotos site
is now tracking the new repository.

Perversely, if you still have an old tree and you wish to update, typing

  make destructive-sync

will *probably* do exactly what you want.

The next type you attempt it, you will discover that you now want to use
"make update".
