Are you sure you pushed your changes to public mercurial repository? I
don't see any changes there.

As about ccs-xenv fix I new that wasn't a nice fix. Others which I
consedered were to add dummy patch file matching pattern or execute
shopt to change value of nullglob parameter.

As about includes exactly same -I directive is in libcoyimage and
mkimage makefiles:

   coyotos/src/ccs/libcoyimage/Makefile:26
   coyotos/src/ccs/mkimage/Makefile:29

so if you think my fix was not ok you should change to your version
also in those files.
