[coyotos-dev] SMP Patch 1

I'm *really* confused. This *can't* be a proper diff against 285,
because (e.g.) PR_OFF_ONCPU is already present in 285 --- look at line
95 of asm-offsets.c

Is this just a redundant entry, or do we have a diff confusion?
