I'm sorry. I forget which file I copied it from. It was meant to
illustrate a BSD-ish license without advertising clause.

Since I'm already getting a headache from licensing issues I decided
to write my own SMP code, referencing only GPL code from Coyotos (and
Linux) and the various AMD/Intel manuals. That way it can be licensed
any way you want. Most of the SMP code seems rather Coyotos-specific
anyway.
