[coyotos-dev] Coyqemu port number patch

Email is not working at the moment, so I'm sending this from Swaroop's 
account.

This patch changes the coyqemu script to accept a -p <port> option.

It accomplishes this by copying the GDB scripts directory to 
/tmp/$$.scripts.gdb and using cat to dynamically add the configuration. 
  The line for remote debugging in coyotos.gdb has been commented.

Successfully testing using port 2000 and others.
