[coyotos-dev] Latest coyotos updates

I am about to push an update to the coyotos tree that will not compile
unless you update libsherpa.

Those of you who are using the RPM packages should simply be able to run
"yum update" to get the libsherpa update.

Those of you who built your own will need to rebuild the ccs-xenv tree.
Actually, it is sufficient to rebuild only the coytools/ subtree.
