[coyotos-dev] Changes for toolchain on Solaris and misc fixes

Hi,

I've modified the build system and bits of the Coyotos toolchain so it is 
possible to build the toolchain in its entirety on Solaris Express, plus 
generate SVR4 packages for the cross-compile environment and coytools with 
pkgbuild (http://pkgbuild.sf.net/). Along the way a number of minor bugs 
were spotted. I'm also considering adding a Debian package recipe.

I can provide binaries for x86 as well.
