I had run:
yum update coyotos-i386-xenv
and it reported:
Could not find update match for coyotos-i386-xenv
No Packages marked for Update/Obsoletion

yum update libsherpa
did get the needed update.

yum update
would also have gotten it. Sorry I didn't know I needed to do this. I 
thought coyotos-i386-xenv was a master package that got everything 
else.
