[coyotos-dev] Moving to GCC-4.2.2.

For coldfire support, we really need to move forward to gcc-4.2.2,
because that has support for the CFV4e processor family.  GCC-4.3 is not
anticipated until February, so while I would actually prefer to move to
that (lots of good work on Motorola targets), we can't do that soon.

If newlib follows their usual release process, newlib-1.16 will be
emerging around 12/15 of this year.

At the moment, I have in mind to grab both newlib-1.16 and gcc-4.2.2 and
cut a new set of cross tools.

Any violent objections?
