[coyotos-dev] Coyotos now under mercurial

Coyotos is now using mercurial for its SCM system. We are also in the
process of bringing up a wiki to make things more interactive and
encourage more active outside participation. The wiki itself now appears
to be running. Actual *content* hasn't gone in yet.

The Mercurial repositories are at

	http://dev.eros-os.com/hg

Preliminary instructions for setting them up can be found (sort of) in
the Developer Guide at http://dev.eros-os.com.

The wiki is just getting started. We do invite you to join, but bear
with us while we get it organized.
