[coyotos-dev] ukernel spec for review

Version 0.2 of the coyotos microkernel specification is now available at
www.coyotos.org. There have been various "works in progress" prior to
now. This is the first draft that I think is worth commenting on.

It is rough and in places inconsistent. It badly needs a glossary. It
also badly needs a chapter on scheduling.

Any comments that you may have on technical content would be very
welcome.
