[bitc-dev] How complete is BitCC?

Generally speaking, how complete is BitCC?

More specifically, how accurately does the set of missing features mentioned
in the todo list[1] represent delta from the spec[2]?

Sorry if this was already answered, a cursory look at the list archive
didn't reveal much..
