[bitc-dev] Dropping the S-expression syntax for good

Over the next several days, the compiler will start dropping bits and pieces
of the S-expression syntax permanently. Some of that has already happened -
for example we no longer take lisp-style comments.

I'll be trying to update the spec as I go, but if any of you are actively
attempting to hack code, the next week or so may be painful.
