The bitc sources seem to have a lock on them that is being held by
www.eros-os.com:23615.

    $ rsync -avz rsync://www.bitc-lang.org/src.bitc/ bitc/
    receiving file list ... done
    .hg/
    .hg/wlock -> www.eros-os.com:23615
    src/compiler/

    sent 99 bytes  received 53265 bytes  11858.67 bytes/sec
    total size is 13318140  speedup is 249.57

Is this temporary? Is this by design? Or is it operator error?
