[bitc-dev] Site updates

I have only just noticed that the public bitc web site was still
"pulling" from the OpenCM repository. Development moved over to
mercurial a while ago, which means that the site was very out of date.

I've just fixed this, and the current site just now went live (complete
with a major face lift).

Damn that's embarrassing.

Thanks to Óscar Fuentes for bringing a site bug to my attention that
prompted me to fix things up!
