[bitc-dev] Various notes to come

As you may suspect, we are currently going through what might be
described as a "clean up" pass on BitC. My hope is to get a
mostly-working compiler version released this weekend.

In the next few notes, I'm going to send out some questions of the form
"if you object to this, say so NOW." The most important thing is to find
out immediately whether any of these are controversial or not. I am
hopeful that they will not be.
