[bitc-dev] Downtime for dev.eros-os.com

The machine dev.eros-os.com will be going down very soon for an OS
upgrade. This is the machine that hosts the primary mercurial repository
for The EROS Group, which includes the cross environment repository for
CapROS.

During this downtime, the mercurial repositories hosted on that machine
will be inaccessible. The bugzilla repository will also be inaccessable.
