At the moment we are still working on stabilizing the compiler itself,
so there isn't much of a library yet. That will come next.

Since there is only one coyotos system call, there isn't much of a
decision to make here. The rest is a matter of stubs that will be
compiled by CapIDL. The CapIDL interface naming system is compatible
with the BitC interface naming system (surprise!).
