[bitc-dev] Progress report

Getting very close to another release. Closure conversion and type classes are in and (mostly) working. Need to track down a last bug or three and I'll probably declare a release.

Three unit tests do not work right now, and I forgot to check in list.bitc (I'll fix that tonight). Those will be fixed by release.

This one will still be tied to Coyotos tree. Next version will be standalone.
