[bitc-dev] Current build fails - bitc.str missing

Building the current source fails, because bitc.str is missing. I tried
a find -name bitc.str in the source directory with no results, so I
assume this file is really missing (and this is not only a "not found"
problem due to wrong search path).
Here's the exact make output:
