[bitc-dev] Syntax discussion in "History of Haskell"

Hopefully, everyone's already reading this, but just in case...

There's an interesting section concerning syntax in the paper "History 
of Haskell" (section 4) which discusses what they chose and why.

I still prefer prefix notation, but am obviously in the minority here.
